Having hung around in the health information business for more than 10 years it may well be time to have something to say.   This will do it.  Each working day my role involves balancing project demands, enterprise needs and our place in the health information software vendor landscape.  My organisation is 'compact' in nature so it is very much a 'hands on' approach here, I don't really know any other way.  Hopefully this space will give me somewhere to vent and collect my musings.
